Inside Sales Representative Pay: $60,000-80,000 per year Location : Cincinnati, OH Position Type: Direct hire/Full-time Schedule: M-F 8 AM-5 PM Our client is a leading distributor of pipes, fittings, and valves , serving a variety of industries. They are currently looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to their team in Cincinnati, OH. This role focuses on quoting and closing sales, delivering excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: * Provide dedicated support to assigned customers. * Respond to customer inquiries and prepare sales quotes. * Communicate product specifications, availability, and pricing. * Help customers find the best solutions for their needs. * Manage online inventory and maintain daily email communications. * Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls. * Stay up to date on industry trends and product developments. * Collaborate with internal teams and provide timely reports.
