Customer Service Representative This is a great opportunity for a motivated and fast-paced individual who is willing to join a fast-growing company. The ideal applicant will have the capability to schedule multiple shipments daily and advanced level in MS Excel, be a problem solver with good organizational skills, be dedicated, detail-oriented, as well able to multi-task. We are looking for a full-time staff that fits well into our customer support team. The office hours are 8:00 - 5:00 Monday to Friday. This is a delightful working environment. The candidates must have 2 years or more experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, business development, customer support with great analytical skills. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• A 4-year college degree is a MUST
• Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience
• Skills in inside sales, customer service, account management, business development, customer support TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
• Through experience, education (formal or other), training, OTJ-acquired skills, knowledge and related:
• Positive attitude

• Experience with RMA procedures ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
• Email and phone communications directly with client accounts
• Order entry
• Close communication with Sales and Purchasing teams
• Make long term and short-term material forecasting report
• Planning and scheduling delivery shipments
• Generating 12-month forecasting reports
• Providing shipping information and order updates to customers (ASN)
• Issuing of customer credits or RMAs
• Online updating of customer requests
• Implementation of operational procedures
• Analysis and forecast for inventory reservation

Compensation

: For a full-time company directly the hired employee, the compensation will include hourly rated base salary, year-end bonus, and Health Insurance package, paid Holiday, paid vacation days, 401K and more.
