Job Summary

We are looking for a licensed agent to join a new agency. Agent will solicit insurance through Live leads and internet leads. Will also help service new clients. Work from home option is available once through the probationary period.

Duties

- Analyze clients' insurance needs and suggest suitable policies - Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits - Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand the client base - Sell insurance products through both inside and outside sales efforts - Assist clients with claims processing and benefits administration - Market insurance products to potential customers

Requirements

- Must be Licensed for Property and Casualty in MI - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Multilingual abilities are advantageous - Must be detail-oriented and organized Looking to hire driven people who want to make the most of the position. Bonus availability based on sales metrics up to 15% on commission for P&C and 60% on Life insurance product. (Must be Life Licensed) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
