Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts and networking. * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and understand their insurance needs. * Present and explain insurance policies, benefits, and coverage options to clients. * Negotiate terms of insurance contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company. * Administer sales processes including documentation, follow-ups, and customer service inquiries. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. * Collaborate with team members on sales strategies and marketing initiatives. * Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions effectively. * Excellent negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. * Familiarity with insurance sales processes and benefits administration is a plus. * Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for effective communication with diverse clients. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
