Your Responsibilities: As a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist , you will: * Manage a personal sales dashboard to track and achieve results. * Achieve behavior and outcome goals aligned with world-class training and sales techniques. * Lead customer retention activities and drive customer referral actions. * Conduct active outbound calling for campaigns, prospecting, and qualification (warm leads). * Reengage existing customers through warm outbound calls. * Follow up on sales opportunities generated by marketing initiatives. * Manage initial fulfillment and ensure thorough post-sale follow-up. * Cover global project opportunities without a defined territory. * Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address customer challenges. * Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and results. * Execute sales activities with strong attention to detail and urgency. * Follow structured sales processes and maintain accurate CRM documentation. Your Qualifications: To excel in this role, you need: * High school diploma (required). * Bilingual in English and Spanish (native or professional proficiency required). * 2-3 years of inside and/or outside sales experience (preferred). * Goal-oriented, driven, and consistently meet or exceed performance targets. * Passionate about sales and disciplined in following proven processes. * Mechanically inclined and able to interpret technical data (preferred). * Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office tools. * Attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong listening skills. * Willing and confident to engage customers over the phone. * Eager learner who seeks feedback and continuously improves. * Experience in fast-paced, mission-critical industrial environments (preferred).). * Locally based within a sustainable commute to Dayton, OH.
