LTC PHARMACY SALES REP Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. * Meet or exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, follow-ups, and closing techniques. * Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings. Requirements * Proven experience in sales AND PHARAMACY LTC SALES * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
