What You'll Do: * Primary Role: As a Project Consultant, you'll assist homeowners in identifying property damage, creating repair scopes, and managing projects from start to finish. * Responsibilities: * Canvass neighborhoods to schedule appointments with homeowners. * Use advanced tools to create detailed inspection reports and project scopes. * Act as a bridge between homeowners, production managers, and insurance companies. * Oversee project progress to ensure quality and homeowner satisfaction. Earning Potential: Earn between $75,000 to $150,000 in your first year! What We 're Looking For: * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. * Experience: No prior experience?
