The Insurance Center is looking for a customer-focused service agent to generate new business, retain current business, and work as a team member to maintain our company's positive reputation in the community. Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with customers * Evaluate customers' needs and propose protection plans that meet their criteria * Proactively contact leads and recommend appropriate policies, quotes, and coverages * Maintain tracking systems, follow ups, and documents * Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction * Meet established goals Requirements * Proven working experience as a customer service agent or relevant experience * Basic computer knowledge * Proven ability to work with goals * Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills * Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships * High school or BS degree * Willingness and ability to study, learn, and pass licensing tests to become a licensed agent Hours and Benefits * Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) * Salary (Starting at a min of $18-$25/hr) + production bonuses.
