The Insurance Center is looking for a customer-focused service agent to generate new business, retain current business, and work as a team member to maintain our company's positive reputation in the community.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Evaluate customers' needs and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
• Proactively contact leads and recommend appropriate policies, quotes, and coverages
• Maintain tracking systems, follow ups, and documents
• Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
• Meet established goals

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a customer service agent or relevant experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Proven ability to work with goals
• Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• High school or BS degree
• Willingness and ability to study, learn, and pass licensing tests to become a licensed agent Hours and
