What You'll Do: * Engage with Potential Customers : Connect with homeowners who have shown interest in our top-notch products through outbound calls and inbound inquiries. * Drive Sales : Use our proven sales methodology to provide detailed information about our window and door projects, including features, pricing, and benefits. * Meet Targets : Achieve quality, productivity, and turnaround time expectations. * Convert Appointments : Highlight the value of in-home consultations and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. What We're Looking For: * Experience : 1+ years in Inside Sales and/or Call Center roles. * Flexibility : Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends. * Call Center Skills : Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
