Who We 're Looking For: * Experienced Roofing or Construction Sales Professionals - If you've worked in roofing or construction sales and have a strong track record of closing deals, you'll be able to jump right in and start earning. * Motivated Sales Professionals from Other Industries - If you're coming from industries like car sales, phone sales, alarm systems, pest control, real estate, or property management and want to transition into high-ticket outside sales, we'll provide the tools and training to help you succeed. Responsibilities: * Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door and outside sales. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and industry partners. * Perform roof and property inspections. * Present and sell company products and services effectively. * Track and manage sales activities and progress. * Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution. * Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: * Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops. * Must be able to lift heavy materials. * Work in various outdoor conditions. * Travel between job sites as needed. Schedule: Our schedule for this position is flexible-hybrid and will be discussed during the interview process.
