Compensation

: $150,000 to $300,000 annually (inclusive of salary and commission)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead, manage, and oversee sales operations across ECM departments.
• HVAC experience is a must have skill set!
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to foster high performance and professional growth.
• Implement effective sales processes, ensuring team alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve team performance.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align sales strategies with operational capacity.
• Utilize and promote the effective use of modern technology, including CRM systems, to streamline processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum of 5 years of exceptional sales experience , with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
• High school diploma required; some college education preferred.
• Proven experience in home services sales, particularly in HVAC.
• HVAC Experience is needed - Past hands on - Troubleshooting and diagnosing skill set.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• High energy and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on exceeding goals.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and other sales technology to enhance productivity.
