Compensation: $150,000 to $300,000 annually (inclusive of salary and commission) Job Summary: "East Coast Mechanical (ECM), a leading provider of home services in South Florida, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager. In this high- impact leadership role, you'll oversee sales efforts across HVAC Services. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, manage, and oversee sales operations across ECM departments. * HVAC experience is a must have skill set! * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals. * Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to foster high performance and professional growth. * Implement effective sales processes, ensuring team alignment with company objectives. * Analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve team performance. * Collaborate with department leaders to align sales strategies with operational capacity. * Utilize and promote the effective use of modern technology, including CRM systems, to streamline processes. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business. Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of exceptional sales experience , with at least 2 years in a sales management role. * High school diploma required; some college education preferred. * Proven experience in home services sales, particularly in HVAC. * HVAC Experience is needed - Past hands on - Troubleshooting and diagnosing skill set. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * High energy and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on exceeding goals. * Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and other sales technology to enhance productivity. * Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and implement strategies effectively.
