Full description of the position

* Respond to inbound inquiries, provide product and service information, and expert advice and support. * Identify potential leads and reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and other channels. * Process customer orders and prepare quotes. * Manage customer accounts, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. * Track and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Assist with pricing negotiations and provide support in closing sales. * Collaborate with outside sales representatives, customer service, and operations teams to coordinate orders and deliveries. * Provide after-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and address customer complaints. * Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics. * Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product benefits to customers. * Cultivate existing customer relationships to ensure complete customer satisfaction, customer retention, and gather feedback for service improvement. * Conduct touch base meetings with branch managers and service managers to discuss upcoming equipment needs and collaborate to resolve issues. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and other relevant tools. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. * Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical product details. * Excellent phone etiquette and customer service expertise. * Strong planning, problem solving, and negotiation ability. * Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail. * Knowledge of construction terminology is a plus. * Reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting 50 pounds or more. * High school diploma required. * Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in related field. * Preferred Experience: 1-5 years' experience in inside sales within the equipment rental or similar industry. 60,000 - 68,000 annually commensurate with experience and industry knowledge.
