Job Description

: Business Development Specialist Salary: The salary for this position is a base pay. Incentives are available for exceeding monthly goals. Reports to: CEO

Requirements

: This is essentially a sales job, where the primary goal is to generate new savings and checking accounts for the Credit Union. In addition, the employee would generate loan leads for the lending department. The employee will also act as a relationship manager with our existing members to deepen our relationship with them. In this capacity they will send out marketing and training materials to our existing membership, which they will create. The role will also cross train, with the possibility of being part of the long term succession plan. Budget:

• $10,000 annually to include any tangible gifts, giveaways, promo items, etc.
• Also, will include food for monthly parties

Requirements

: The below requirements must be met in order to meet satisfactory job performance.

• Must be responsible for opening at least 5 accounts per month, or 15 per quarter
• Accounts must be active after review. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,500.00 per year
