Outside Sales & Marketing Representative Location: North San Diego County, CA (hybrid) Pay: $25/hour + mileage reimbursement (per CA law) Commission: Based on new lead sales Job Type: Part-time About Us Musick Restoration specializes in mold remediation, water damage restoration, and home restoration services. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our client base, build relationships, and expand our brand presence in the local market. Job Responsibilities: Cold Call Marketing - Reach out to potential clients, including property managers, insurance agents, and homeowners. In-Person Marketing - Visit local businesses, subcontractors, and industry partners to generate leads. Social Media Content Creation - Assist in producing engaging content to showcase our services. Relationship Building - Develop and maintain connections with local contractors and subcontractors. Networking & Events - Attend local industry meetings and networking events as needed. What We're Looking For: Outgoing, self-motivated, and results-driven Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Musick Restoration?
