Please complete our application process at [please apply online] Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. * Process transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems. * Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in the cash register. * Upsell products by effectively communicating promotions and special offers. * Maintain knowledge of store products and services to provide informed recommendations. * Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed attractively. * Assist in managing inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Adhere to all store policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions. Experience * Previous experience in a cashier or retail sales role is preferred. * Experience using cash registers and POS systems is highly desirable. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers. * Supervisory experience is a plus for those looking to advance within the company. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers in a grocery store setting.
