Full description of the position

We are looking for commercial facility management sales representative. Strong relationships and a database of industry contacts are highly valuable. Expected to come into the office once a week. Ideally, candidate should reside in the market they are serving. 70% in-office, 30% in the field (visiting sites, identifying facility issues such as lighting problems, water leaks, etc.).

Compensation

• Facilities Management Business Development Rep (uncapped commissions).
• Year 1 earnings in commission should be : $30K-$50K on top of the base! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
