Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic_ Inside Sales Representative _ to join our client in Boca Raton, FL! This permanent opportunity offers $22/Hour + commissions! his position focuses on engaging prospective clients through outbound and inbound calls, providing a consultative approach to sales, and promoting the unique value of our products and services. Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and unique features of our offerings.
• Manage inbound call activity, respond to inquiries, and document interactions within our CRM system.
• Utilize effective listening and consultative sales techniques to assess client needs and align our products or services as solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring all pertinent information is documented and stored within the CRM.
• Collaborate with management to escalate any concerns or issues and identify areas for improvement in sales tactics.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and company updates to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with call center software is beneficial.
