SUMMARY: The New England Revolution Ticket Sales & Customer Service Associate will support the Ticket Sales & Customer Service staff by assisting with the daily functions and responsibilities of the department. This position requires an individual with a personable yet professional demeanor, who is confident in their abilities, detail-oriented, flexible and possesses strengths in the areas of time management, prioritization, and customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Participate in the development and implementation of ticketing goals and objectives * Prepare all areas of the Ticket Sales & Customer Service Department's game day duties including restocking inventory * On Revolution game days, assist with the ticketing events, initiatives, and operations * Manage all fan pack inquiries and fulfillment * Assist with periodic ticket-related mailings * Special projects and assignments as business dictates. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: * This position has no supervisory responsibilities SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously * Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a strong sense of creativity * Knowledge of and passion for the sport of soccer is preferred * Preference will be given to candidates who are pursuing sports management, marketing, or management degrees * Preference will be given to candidates with prior marketing, sales, or customer service experience * Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Must be able to work nights/weekends as needed. * Knowledge and passion of the sport of soccer is preferred. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel. * The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. * The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. * The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
