Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Health Insurance Agent to join our sales team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between clients and healthcare providers, ensuring that individuals understand their health insurance coverage options and assisting them in navigating the complexities of healthcare benefits. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of health insurance terminology, and the ability to analyze data effectively. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to health insurance plans and benefits. * Assist clients in understanding their health insurance options and eligibility requirements. * Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records and coverage information. * Communicate effectively with clients via phone, while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Analyze client information to identify coverage discrepancies or issues that need resolution. * Collaborate with health insurance providers to ensure seamless communication regarding client coverage. * Utilize computerized systems for tracking client interactions and maintaining accurate records. * Stay informed about changes in health insurance policies and medical terminology to provide accurate information. Preferred Qualifications - No Experience Needed * Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred. * Strong data entry skills with attention to detail is a plus. * Proficient understanding of health insurance terminology is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly is a plus. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client populations. * Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction is a plus. * Ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions based on findings is a plus.
