We're a leader in the insurance industry and seeking motivated health insurance agents to join our fun and energetic sales team. This is a full-time position with hours from 9am - 6pm, Monday-Friday. This position is for our call center and involves taking inbound calls as well as making outbound calls. Our agents enjoy: VERY COMPETITIVE COMMISSION STRUCTURE

• A fun , casual and diverse environment (wear jeans every day and listen to music while making sales) Insurance Agents will be responsible for taking inbound calls and using a consultative sales approach to quote and enroll individuals based on their unique healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

:

• Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospects to enroll in insurance plans
• Ancillary selling to ensure year round earning opporutnities.
• Explain the benefits and features of the various healthcare plans available while building world-class rapport.
• Qualify, educate and enroll individuals into healthcare plans that meets their needs
• Enroll clients based on compliance and training requirements to sell appropriate products
• Help clients with questions regarding health insurance
• Navigate through multiple system applications to fulfill consumer requests, research inquiries, and update consumer information.
• Continued outreach to customers for retention of sales.
• Cross-selling other lines of insurance to our members such as Dental, Cancer, Accident plans and Life Insurance.
