MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY NO WEEKENDS Salary + Commission Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with clients, providing exceptional product knowledge and support. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs. * Negotiate sales terms and close deals while maintaining positive relationships with clients. * Support sales efforts by following up on leads and maintaining customer relationships. Requirements * Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a home improvement or remodeling environment. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Basic math skills (measuring, figuring sales margins, percentages) * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * A keen interest in layout design and lighting design is a plus. * Must have reliable transportation. * Must be a friendly, outgoing, and engaging people person. * Neat and professional appearance.
