Our client, a well-known floral company, is seeking a Part Time Floral Sales Associate to assist at their exciting long term pop-up location in La Jolla, CA! Note: Candidates MUST HAVE proven experience handling flowers, foliage, bouquets, etc. This pop-up will operate within a popular market and with one of our client's premiere partners. As a Florist, you will be an integral part of the team dedicated to executing beautifully designed floral bouquets and arrangements. Your expertise in and/or passion for floral preparation and attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring that every bouquet aligns with our client's brand and design standards while being considerate of their partners' needs. Responsibilities

: Floral Sales Associate

• Part Time Hours
• Up to $23 p/h - Dependent on experience
• Prepare and assemble floral arrangements and bouquets following the design specifications of the client's brand
• Use your skills in handling various flowers, foliage, and plants to create high-quality products
• Inspect all floral elements to ensure freshness, quality, and compliance with the client's brand standards
• Manage inventory of floral supplies to ensure an adequate stock of fresh flowers and necessary materials
• Coordinate with the Floral Lead to restock inventory based on production requirements
• Communicate effectively within the team to understand project requirements and ensure timely execution
• Respectfully operate within the partnership space, being mindful of our partners' needs and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere Location:
• ON-SITE - La Jolla, CA
• Parking provided Must Haves:
• Proven experience handling flowers, foliage, bouquets, etc.
• Knowledge of various flowers, foliage, and plants, along with proficiency in handling and preparing bouquets
• Passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly practices in the floral industry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting the production of Bouqs.com designs.
• Flexibility to adapt to various production demands and timelines.
