Job Opportunity: Commission Manufactured Home Sales We are looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our team at a well- known residential resort community in Mesa, AZ. This role focuses on selling custom pre-owned manufactured homes in an active, resort-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Create and manage marketing strategies to achieve sales goals, generate interest, and maintain high occupancy.
• Research market trends, competition, and customer needs, following up on all leads and referrals.
• Develop proactive plans to attract prospective buyers.
• Work closely with the Community Manager on home sales.
• Implement sales and financing strategies, staying connected with vendors regularly.
• Assist in preparing advertising materials to boost community visibility.
• Support efforts to increase home site value through effective sales tactics.
• Track and document all customer, vendor, and financial interactions.
• Handle general office tasks and assist in preparing homes for sale.
• Other duties as assigned to ensure sales success.

Requirements

:

• 2-3 years of sales experience ; property management experience is a plus.
• Proven residential home sales success and strong closing skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay detail-oriented, and manage time well.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

:

• Commission-only position - Based upon sales history, your earning potential can be $80,000 to over $100,000.
• Full-time role with benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance , and 401(k). Schedule:
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts.
