Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and analyzing clients' insurance needs to offer the best coverage options. Duties - Market and sell various insurance products to individuals and businesses - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs - Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand the client base - Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest appropriate coverage options - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly Skills - Experience in insurance sales or related field - Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies - Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Strong analytical skills to assess clients' insurance requirements - Prior experience in retail sales or telemarketing is advantageous - Knowledge of benefits administration is beneficial Job Type: Full-time Pay: $68,394.00 - $81,716.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Experience: * Insurance sales: 2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Zionsville, IN 46077 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Zionsville, IN 46077
