About us Howling Woods Farm is a small business animal rescue in Township of Jackson, NJ. Our goal is to provide learning experiences about wolves during tours of the farm, and to place and rehome unwanted wolfdogs. Your job is to respond to requests from the public to visit the farm. Duties

: - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments. - Respond to inbound calls, email and voicemail to schedule appointments. - Contact vendors to resolve software and hardware issues. - Resolve office hardware issues with printers, laptops, phones and modems. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and client information. - Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide reminders as needed. -Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of appointments - Inventory of store merchandise - The position does not require any interactions with the animals.

Requirements

: - Good verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer software applications, specifically Google sheets, Word and Adobe. - Previous experience in customer service or appointment scheduling is preferred - High school diploma or equivalent If you are a patient detail-oriented individual with good communication skills and enjoy helping animals, we would love to hear from you.
