Duties

:

• Answer phones and make calls to customers for payments, reminders, etc.
• Collect payments and fees
• Perform Amendments/Endorsements/Renewals
• Quote and Bind Renewals, New Policies (if needed)
• Create and update profiles for customers in CRM
• Input all information and transactions in customer profiles
• Send texts, emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, as needed for customers
• Update and maintain all profiles with policies active or inactive
• Update and complete follow ups on carrier sites
• Ensure all policies are completed and uploaded for every customer profile, regardless of status
• Report inaccuracies
• Maintain Excel tracker

Requirements

:

• Current Property & Casualty License in the state of Texas
• Experience as an Administrative Assistant (Preferred)
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, i.e., printers and phone systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, primarily Excel and Outlook
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work on a team and autonomously
