Because of this, we are looking to hire a Sales Account Executive for one of our Healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven and comfortable generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive track record of exceeding metrics and goals. This is an on-site position based in Oldsmar, Florida. New grads are welcome to apply! What we do: We contract with hospitals across the nation to assist with their internal staffing needs, and we directly work to recruit healthcare professionals for interim contract assignments. What you will do: * Make sales calls on existing and prospective clients and candidates * Generate and maintain relationships with new clients * Communicate with clients to fully understand their employment needs to sell our contract services * Build relationships with healthcare professionals and manage their work assignments * Own the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to placement by helping to manage the recruiting process * Follow up and maintain communication before, during, and after the selection process What we look for: * Must be comfortable making cold calls in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment * Excellent relationship-building skills * Competitive and driven to succeed * Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects * Enjoys a collaborative environment Other details: * This is an on-site position.
