Duties

: - Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals - Develop leads and actively seek new clients through networking and referrals - Analyze clients' insurance needs and create customized solutions - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes - Market insurance products effectively to increase sales and meet targets - Administer benefits and claims processes for clients Skills: - Proven experience in sales, particularly in retail or outside sales - Strong analytical skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage - Fluency in Spanish is a plus for bilingual communication with clients - Knowledge of benefits administration and sales administration processes - Ability to market insurance products effectively to drive sales growth - Excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and explain complex insurance concepts Join our team as an Insurance Agent and embark on a rewarding career in the insurance industry.
