Overview

: We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties

: - Market and sell various insurance products to meet the needs of clients - Educate clients on available insurance products, coverage limits, and policy features - Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance plans based on their individual needs - Process policy renewals, changes, and claims efficiently - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale

Requirements

: - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration - Proven sales experience, preferably in retail sales or insurance sales - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus - Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is beneficial - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients This position offers a competitive salary with opportunities for career growth within the insurance industry.
