HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Used Vehicle Manager Kelly Ford Melbourne, FL Kelly Ford has an immediate opening for a Used Vehicle Manager. We are looking for a high energy person with a positive attitude, a passion for excellence, with 2 or more years of a proven successful track record in selling 80 or more used vehicle. We are currently selling 100 used vehicles and are looking to build and grow a high performing team. Training experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a top producer in used vehicle auto sales with excellent desking and closing abilities. You must enjoy being out on the floor meeting customers and doing one-on-ones with sales consultants and have good coaching and training abilities, excellent people skills, be a team player and have a desire to grow quickly in our organization. Requirements

for Used Vehicle Manager:

• Used Vehicle Management Experience REQUIRED!
• Recent experience managing a used vehicle department selling 80 or more used vehicles is REQUIRED!
• Experience appraising vehicles is REQUIRED!
• Expert V-auto REQUIRED!
• Proven "Deal maker" desking and deal closer REQUIRED!
• F&I Management experience a PLUS!
• Valid Driver's License REQUIRED!
• Internet/social networking experience very helpful
• Must live locally to the greater Lehigh Valley (45 minute maximum drive)
• Must have excellent coaching and training skills
• High energy - Positive Leader
