Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, showcasing our products, and driving sales in a residential setting. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs will be key to your success in this position. Duties * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential market. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation. * Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to inform product development. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Skills * Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within the technology or software sectors. * Strong ability to conduct product demos that effectively communicate value propositions. * Experience in B2B sales is a plus, as well as familiarity with technical sales processes. * Excellent upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction while increasing revenue. * Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. * Background in retail sales is beneficial, providing insights into consumer behavior. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
