In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, showcasing our products, and driving sales in a residential setting. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs will be key to your success in this position.

Duties

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Engage in direct sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to inform product development.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Skills
• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within the technology or software sectors.
• Strong ability to conduct product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus, as well as familiarity with technical sales processes.
• Excellent upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction while increasing revenue.
• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
• Background in retail sales is beneficial, providing insights into consumer behavior.
