Full description of the position

We're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic FPV Drone Sales Associate / Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FPV drones, a strong understanding of drone components (frames, motors, ESCs, VTX, etc.), and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting the right FPV drones, parts, and accessories. * Provide expert advice on builds, repairs, and troubleshooting. * Demonstrate and explain product features to customers. * Handle sales transactions, inventory management, and order fulfillment. * Perform basic drone assembly, repairs, and firmware updates. * Stay up-to-date with the latest FPV trends, products, and technology. * Help with online sales, social media engagement, and community outreach. Requirements: * Prior experience with FPV drones (racing, freestyle, or cinematic). * Knowledge of Betaflight, ELRS, analog/digital systems, and popular drone brands. * Strong troubleshooting and technical skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. * [Optional] Soldering and basic electronics repair experience. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role. * Familiarity with FPV simulators and racing leagues. * Social media or content creation experience (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
