Full description of the position

We're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic FPV Drone Sales Associate / Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FPV drones, a strong understanding of drone components (frames, motors, ESCs, VTX, etc.), and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in selecting the right FPV drones, parts, and accessories.
• Provide expert advice on builds, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate and explain product features to customers.
• Handle sales transactions, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Perform basic drone assembly, repairs, and firmware updates.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest FPV trends, products, and technology.
• Help with online sales, social media engagement, and community outreach.

Requirements

:

• Prior experience with FPV drones (racing, freestyle, or cinematic).
• Knowledge of Betaflight, ELRS, analog/digital systems, and popular drone brands.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• [Optional] Soldering and basic electronics repair experience.

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with FPV simulators and racing leagues.
• Social media or content creation experience (YouTube, Instagram, etc.). Perks &
