Looking for an organized, courteous person with an excellent phone manner, proficient data entry skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must interact with a variety of clients and personalities. Duties include: * Learn an extensive inventory of party rental equipment. * Enter Event requirements into the Software. * Respond to emails and phone inquires in a timely manner. * Communicate with Company departments when needed to execute orders. * Trouble-shoot orders when needed. * Multitask between emails, phone calls, showroom appointments, and entering/updating orders. Experience in Events a plus, but will train the right person. This is an entry level position with room to grow.
