This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties * Engage with potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and outside sales efforts. * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships. * Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through effective sales administration practices. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market reach and improving service delivery. * Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales or servicing life and health insurance accounts. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is advantageous. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client accounts effectively. * A valid insurance license is required; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is essential.
