Overview

: In this role, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial role in the team. Accountable for managing store inventory, and fostering a positive, and fun working environment. We are looking for you! Come join our team! Qualifications

:

• Must be over the age of 18 to pierce ears, and perform opening and closing responsibilities.
• Ear piercing! Must be willing to learn to pierce ears on guests of all ages, including infants, as this is a HUGE part of our business. Full training is provided.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating positive and memorable shopping experiences.
• Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Effective phone etiquette for communicating with customers
• Proficient merchandising and organizational skills
• Able to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders, and use of step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers
• Multi-tasking is a must
• Basic math skills are necessary
• Ability to operate POS systems accurately and legally with adherence to all company policies
• Opening/closing/weekend and some holiday shifts are required
• Reliable transportation required
• Able to work productivly, and efficiently alone and with others Experience Preferred:
• Previous customer service/retail/sales experience
• Bilingual is always a plus!
• Knowledge of money handling, bank drops may be required

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to:

• Managing daily store operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Promote teamwork and high performance
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inqueries and resolving issues effectively
• Supporting management and team members with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales and providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge, experience and available resources
• Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensuring the store looks presentable, clean, and inviting to our customers
• Ability to work at other store locations
• Creating and maintaining a fun, safe environment to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience and comfortable place of employment
