Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Salesperson to work in our new Walmart solar showroom in Poway, CA. This full- time position will be responsible for driving sales, educating customers about solar energy options, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: * Greet customers and engage with them to understand their solar energy needs. * Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products. * Conduct consultations to assess customer requirements and present tailored solar solutions. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations, including quotes and financing options. * Manage showroom operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean and inviting space. * Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process. * Meet and exceed sales targets and goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the Solar Negotiators team to ensure seamless installation and customer service. * Stay informed about industry trends, products, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to customers. Qualifications: * 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or a related field. * Experience in the solar industry is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
