Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Director to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through various online platforms, Vinsolutions , guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with a passion for helping customers find the right products to meet their needs. Duties * Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through online channels. * Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. * Utilize organizational skills to track leads and sales activities accurately. * Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and relevant. * Conduct outbound sales calls to potential leads generated from online inquiries. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. * Experience in dealership environments or outside sales is highly desirable. * Proficient in organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Familiarity with sales management principles and practices. * Ability to handle outbound sales calls effectively, converting leads into sales. * Basic math skills for processing transactions and understanding pricing structures. * Knowledge of the sales pipeline process and how to navigate it successfully. * Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
