Responsibilities: * Take ownership of the sales department and customer's experience by providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, customers, phone, text, email or in person that allow the dealership to provide a positive experience. * Provide our sales staff with direction with daily morning meetings * Follow up with our Sales staff as well as Finance Department. * Ensure each employee receives and understands the responsibilities of the job. Must be computer compliant and knowledge of automotive software. * Maintaining strong factory relationship * Daily sales meetings with the staff for training * Monitor daily CSI and customer retention. * Monitor sales opportunities provided through service lane * Work and Watch over the deals, work with banks for approval and submit paperwork to finance. * Appraise and audit trade-ins * Oversee Finance and daily review of CIT Qualifications: * Automotive Sales Manager or Finance Experience for at least 5 years * Organized and outgoing friendly personality * Time management skills * Computer and Communication skills * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance * Clean driving record * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen COVID-19 Precaution(s): * Temperature screenings * Social distancing guidelines in place * Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Customer relationship management: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
