Sales Manager I Seeking a motivated, self-starter and team player to grow a successful home repair business top line 10% Responsibilities * Evaluate needed repairs, provide written estimates, and secure business using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers * Quote and assist home owners in their remodeling process * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships * Reach out to customer within 24 hours, often same day, through company provided leads * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and within the territory assigned * Lead and coordinate repair efforts with team members to ensure efficient material and labor usage for your projects * Cover other territories as needed * Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. * Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends * Continuously improve through feedback Requirements and skills * at least 5 years experience in the home improvement field * Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales * Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs (oral) * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Desired Skill: .
