We are seeking a self- motivated, energetic, and charismatic Aftermarket Sales Representative to work in a hybrid setting in ourNorwood, MA office** to serve as a core team member of the growing Biopharma Sales team. * A Day in the Life: The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for selling the Advanced Instruments (AI) controls and services within the defined territory, with a focus on sales of service contracts. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the sales objectives are met or exceeded within acceptable profit goals. The successful candidate will work directly with existing customers to identify their needs, understand their application methodology and apply this knowledge to promote adoption of an AI solution. They will be expected to build a strong partnership with the sales team, product management and marketing business units. The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for all aspects of the sale including prospecting, lead qualification, virtual product demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, and post-sale follow-up. * What we are looking for in you: * Degree preferred in Medical Technology, Sciences or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience * Minimum two years sales experience. * Technical experience preferred. * Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. * Well-developed PC/MAC skills including MS Windows, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as experience with a CRM. * Possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel. * Ability to manage accounts while also managing costs and risks. * Ability to effectively communicate (orally and written) both technical and non-technical topics. * Strong presentation skills demonstrated before customer, peers, and senior management. * Ability to recognize and manage potential problem areas and resolve them with integrity. * Work Location:*Norwood, MA (Hybrid) * What's in it for you? * Flexible Medical, Dental, & Vision Coverage * Competitive 401k company match * Bonus Program, Generous PTO and paid holidays * Generous Tuition reimbursement * Hybrid and flexible work arrangements * Professional development, engagement and events * Company marketplace for lunch and snacks! * EEO Statement: Advanced Instruments takes pride in being an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
