Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers. * Process transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring a smooth checkout experience. * Demonstrate upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain knowledge of product offerings and promotions to assist customers effectively. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but no required. * Strong basic math skills for handling transactions * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance customer interactions. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer questions and inquiries effectively. * A proactive approach to upselling products and promoting specials. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse customer groups.
