Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Representative - Performance-Based Company: North Indy Pro Painters Location: Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, IN (In-Person) Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (30-40 hours/week) Are you looking to grow personally and professionally while getting paid based on your performance --not just your time? We're hiring 3 -4 motivated, coachable, and energetic individuals to join our door-to-door marketing team. No experience required--we provide paid, in-person training to set you up for success!

Compensation

• $10/hour base pay
• $30 -$50 bonus for every estimate we complete from your lead
• 3 -5% commission on closed jobs
• Most reps earn $800 -$1,500+ per week when hitting basic weekly goals

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in residential neighborhoods across Fishers, Carmel, and Westfield
• Start conversations with homeowners and build rapport quickly
• Gather basic information and schedule painting estimates
• Use simple scripts and tools provided by our team
• Track and report your leads daily
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Attend weekly training and team meetings to improve results
