Opportunity Overview We are looking for a dynamic Independent Sales Representative to develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, surgery centers, and other key buyers. This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment. The ideal individual will have a strong background in 503B pharmaceutical sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Responsibilities * Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, surgery centers, and other pharmaceutical buyers. * Promote and sell OurPharma's 503B compounded sterile products, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and customer requirements. * Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities. * Present and demonstrate products to key stakeholders, addressing any concerns or questions. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers. * Monitor and report on sales activity as needed. * Provide market insights and customer feedback to the leadership team. * Stay informed about 503B industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity.
