Sorella Apothecary is looking for an educator that is responsible for providing in-depth knowledge about our company's products and treatment protocols to various audiences, including retail staff, spa professionals, and consumers. This will be accomplished through the delivery of training sessions, product demonstrations, and consultations to ensure proper product usage and maximize customer satisfaction while promoting brand loyalty and sales. Key responsibilities include: * Product knowledge: Deep understanding of the brand's skincare ingredients, formulations, benefits, and target skin concerns to effectively answer customer questions and recommend appropriate products. * Training development and delivery: Creating and delivering comprehensive training programs for retail staff, spa therapists, and other key stakeholders on product usage, skin analysis techniques, and brand messaging. * Live demonstrations: Providing live product demonstrations to customers, showcasing the benefits and application techniques of our products. * Brand education: Communicating Sorella Apothecary's philosophy, key values, and unique selling points to various audiences. * Sales support: Collaborating with sales teams to drive product sales by providing expert knowledge and addressing customer concerns. * Market analysis: Staying updated on current skincare trends, competitor analysis, and industry advancements to adapt training accordingly. * Event management: Participating in and leading brand events, including trade shows, launch parties, and educational workshops. Required skills and qualifications: * Esthetician license * Skincare expertise: Extensive knowledge of skin physiology, different skin types, and common skin concerns. * Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information to diverse audiences * Presentation skills: Ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions with confidence * Sales acumen: Understanding of sales techniques and strategies to support retail sales * Customer service focus: Prioritizing customer satisfaction and building strong relationships * Ability to travel: Regional and national travel will be required for this role in various capacities up to 2x a month Work environment: * Skincare brand educator roles can involve a mix of office work, in-store training sessions, travel to retail locations, and participation in industry events.
