• Guest Engagement : Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude when interacting with guests, ensuring a memorable experience. Have a contagious smile and make good eye contact.
• Photography : Capture fun and meaningful moments for guests , learning how to create special memories and adapt to different lighting conditions.
• Entertainment : Act as a cheerleader and entertainer while engaging with guests and enhancing their overall experience. Be fun, have fun.
• Communication : Respond promptly to emails and phone calls, ensuring excellent communication at all times. Call. Text is not a valid form of communication. We don 't text.
• Professionalism : Display consistent courtesy and professionalism, adhere to dress code, and handle equipment responsibly. Be professionally friendly, not personally friendly. Our Four Core Values:

• Pay structure:
• Average team member earns $18-$26 per hour including tips and BONU$.
• Paid training at $13 per hour.
• Base pay $10 per hour + Tips and Bonus. (We guarantee $13 per hour. You will always earn $13.00 + per hour)
