Your job title:*_BDC_Where you will work: In office We're searching for someone to work on our Business Development team full- time. You'll serve as the compassionate voice of our company, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and scheduling appointments with our acquisitions team. Responsibilities * Call new leads quickly that fill out forms online that they are looking to sell * Answer inbound inquiries and lead calls, analyze their reason for selling, and make sure they feel seen and heard * Manage team member schedules, including setting appointments for acquisitions members, to foster company growth * Following up on all leads with a core focus of converting those to appointments, building rapport with our leads, and following up on all appointments ensuring success for each completed appointment * Collaborating with team members to ensure all leads are followed up on appropriately Qualifications * Sales or customer service experience is highly valued * Strong computer and data entry skills * Experience setting appointments is ideal * Experience in real estate ideal * CRM experience is a must Who 's the Boss: Justin Setzer Who are we?
