Responsibilities *Greet customers in a friendly courteous manner *Answer phone in an upbeat tone, ability to transfer and take messages *Assist Customers in their purchases, from product selection to calculating orders *Process Customer orders in Quickbooks accurately and efficiently *Check availability of stock by communicating with Yard Team Members *Updating Customers on their orders via phone or email *Duties regarding Store Opening, Store Closing, and Cash Drawer procedures *Maintain proper housekeeping in the sales office, break room, and restrooms *Stock inventory of products stocked in Sales Office *Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed Qualifications *Exceptional customer service skills, with attention to detail and accuracy *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to do basic math; calculate square footage, area of circle, etc. *Good communication skills *Ability to build effective relationships with all customers *Ability to lift 50 lbs *Ability to work in a fast paced environment We are looking forward to hearing from you. Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $20.00 - $25.00/hour.
