Insurance Agent (Customer Service) Our client is a life insurance organization with over half a century of providing financial services. They are urgently hiring an Insurance Agent to help customers easily apply for their annuity products. Their ideal candidate is someone organized, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. * Key Responsibilities: * Guide customers through the application process from start to finish * Clearly explain product options with professionalism and care * Build strong relationships that encourage long-term customer satisfaction * Review and analyze customer data to recommend process improvements Qualifications: * 2+ years of customer service experience and 1+ year of insurance experience * Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information * CRM experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus Apply today to learn more!
